This growth has created an opportunity for experienced self-insurance case managers to join a team that is structured properly and built for long-term delivery. These roles suit case managers who are confident managing claims end to end, enjoy employer-facing work, and want the support and autonomy to focus on quality outcomes. Senior practitioners will feel at home here, and strong self-insurance case managers ready to step up will also be well supported. What’s on offer $105k–$112k super, based on experience 9-day fortnight after probation Low claim portfolios with time to manage complexity End-to-end self-insurance case management Hybrid working with 2 days in the office Convenient CBD and Western Sydney locations Strong support from PIAWE specialists, technical leaders and IMAs Clear career progression with recent internal promotions Supportive leaders with genuine self-insurance experience Modern systems that minimise admin and support good decisions The role Manage a portfolio of self-insured workers compensation claims from liability through to resolution Act as a key point of contact for employers and stakeholders Develop and drive practical, employer-led return-to-work strategies Identify and manage barriers to recovery and RTW Coordinate treatment, rehabilitation and suitable duties Apply sound judgement across technical, medical and legislative issues What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in self-insurance workers compensation Strong working knowledge of NSW legislation Confidence managing end-to-end claims and employer relationships Proven ability to deliver return-to-work outcomes Clear communication skills and sound professional judgement Allied health or legal background highly regarded Keen to learn more?
